ground at 1.8.0 on the timemore, about 3 clicks coarser than recent cups; not consciously chosen, just left over from yesterday.

after grind, only 15.8 g grounds despite no visible clumping or cling.

used 255.7 g purified water for brew with easy immersion, 2:30 immersion.

accidentally left the pan heated during preheat cycle, so the re-pour was steaming. sleepy.
